About Blinds GP
One person. Whole job.
Blinds GP is Shelton. He answers the phone, does the measure, fits the blind, and comes back if it ever needs him.
Why a GP
Your GP sees you whatever is wrong, keeps your file, does house calls, and does not turn you away because another doctor treated you first. That is how Shelton runs Blinds GP.
Most installers will fit blinds for you and never come back. They will not service what they installed, and they will not touch anything installed by someone else. Shelton started in installation, saw that gap on job after job, and built the business around closing it: he supplies, he fits, he services, and he repairs, including the blinds nobody else will look at.
GP stands for General Practitioner. Shelton's own logo says it: Blinds GP, General Practitioner, Blinds Doctor. One person who fits blinds, keeps the record and comes back, whoever installed them.

What he stands for
- Fitted properly. Every blind levelled and fixed for the surface it goes into, not just screwed on and left.
- One person, whole job. The person who quotes is the person who measures, supplies, fits and returns.
- He comes back. If a blind he installed needs attention down the line, he comes back for it. That is not the norm in this trade.
- Prices you can read. Installation, supply and install, and the call-out fee, all published before you call.
Every blind Shelton fits gets a record.
What was fitted, where, and how it was fixed to the wall. If a blind ever needs attention, quote the record and he knows the job before he arrives.
No record because someone else fitted it? That is most blinds in Melbourne. He will still come.
Where he goes
Blinds GP is based in Altona, in Melbourne's west. Shelton travels up to 150 km, which takes in the whole of Melbourne, Geelong, the Mornington Peninsula, Ballarat and Bendigo.
